Place of delivery

The Products are delivered to the address you specify when ordering within the Greek Territory and all European countries.

Delivery Method and Time

The shipment time of the Products you have ordered depends on many factors as there may be delays for reasons not covered by our responsibility. See Section II.B.3.3 below for what applies in the event of a delivery delay. Products through courier company SPEEDEX COURIER. In case you prefer a shipping company of your preference with which PoweredByGS.gr does not cooperate, then shipping costs are borne by you irrespective of the order value and place / time of delivery. In this case PoweredByGS.gr bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs within Greece is € 5.00, shipping within Greece is NOT subject to shipping costs for purchases exceeding one hundred euros (200 €). The courier company we work with is SPEEDEX COURIER.

In case of shipment of products to any European country, shipping costs (€ 20.00) are borne by the customer, regardless of the amount of the order.

Delivery Delay

Our Company makes every effort to ensure the timely and proper delivery of your products, but we reserve the right to delay the delivery of your product (s) in the following indicative cases, as if: (a) the Product has been delayed by our supplier due to e.g. (b) there is an event of force majeure, such as indicative of extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control, which may affect the shipment and delivery of your order; (c) there is a lack of sufficient stock in the supplier. In the above cases we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without the Product being delayed or unavailable, or suggesting an alternative, or informing you of the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. available. If you are not satisfied with our offer, you have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and to refund you any money you have paid, in any case to give you the alternatives available to our Company. 3.4 Liability on Delivery

Our Company is responsible for any damage or loss of your products until they become available to you (or any third party that you have authorized to receive them).

If you are not at the stated address by the scheduled delivery date to receive the Products, our shipping company will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or in any case inform you when and where you can pick up. It is expressly agreed, with the exception of the general rule of liability of our Company, that in the above case you bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of the Products, and the Products are held in accordance with the terms of the carrier and at your own risk. If, in the above cases, you have stated that you pay for the Products by cash on delivery and do not contact us to receive the Products from the carrier within 4 business days, our Company may cancel your order.
